Meet Justin: Justin has been an East Nashvillian since 2008, began his real estate journey in 2017, and spent 2022 as broker of Crye-Leike East Nashville. From a son born days into the COVID-19 lockdown, then needing brain surgery to remove a tumor, to becoming Crye-Leike East Nashville's broker, Justin has learned some lessons, perspective, and gratitude along the way.

Meet Wendy: Wendy is a Nashville real estate veteran with a true passion for the business and over 14 years of experience selling Nashville.

She and her husband JT and their son Wulf live in Germantown in a historic 1880’s home. They spent 18 months completing a total renovation on the home, and learned a lot in the process. They own several residential and commercial rental properties including a log cabin west of Nashville in Kingston Springs.

Wendy’s favorite things include biking on the greenway with her family and visiting her second favorite city, Amsterdam.

Meet Jazmyn: I'm a Middle Tennessee native born in Madison & growing up in Rutherford County for my later childhood / teenage years. I'm a proud boy mom to the sweetest guy, Cadance and have been a licensed Realtor since 2018. After graduating with a B.S. in Communication & Marketing and having an extensive background in property management; I made the jump full time into Real Estate in 2020 and have been going full steam ahead since!

Meet Lee: I started in real estate in Memphis in 2006 during college with my Mom, who has been in the business for my entire life. I moved to Nashville in 2013 with another career and then came back out in real estate at the end of 2016. I have been a Managing Broker with Village since 2018 for 3 offices and I am now the Managing Broker for our main office of 250+ agents in Hillsboro Village. I sold $14mil last year with 34 transactions. I was awarded the President's Award in 2021 by Brian Copeland and completed my 3 year Board of Directors term with Greater Nashville Realtors (ok I think thats enough about me haha).

I ran out of time to produce an episode for this week. So, I work through if running out of time is a reason or an excuse and then we spiral into the topic of self-worth and I ask my husband to say nice things about me at the end.

Meet Sarah: Sarah Simmons was born and raised in Middle Tennessee where she attended Columbia State studying Phycology. She followed her love for helping people into studying and getting licensed as an aesthetician. In 2014 She seamlessly translated her skills into serving the local real estate market, and started her career in the title industry. Sarah is passionate about building authentic relationships with realtors and lenders, and considers herself part of their team. She believes the closing experience can be both educational and fun and loves being at the closing table with buyers and sellers at such an important moment in their lives.

In 2018 Sarah was awarded the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors Affiliate of the year. She loves supporting agents new to the business and served and chaired the Young Professional Committee for several years.

When Sarah is not cheering on her clients she is typically playing dress up with her 5-year-old daughter, Melrose or trucks with her 19-month-old son, Lenny. She enjoys travel and exploring new cities with her husband, Jeff. Sarah is always up for trying a new coffee shops although the honey lavender latte at The Perch is her favorite.

Meet The Thomas Twins: Parks is proud to highlight a fabulous team from our West Nashville office, The Thomas Twins! Forming in 2018, this team is uniquely comprised of two twin brothers, Elliott and Evan Thomas.

Elliott has been a part of the Parks Family of REALTORS® for 8 years and Evan for 4 years. After achieving great success early on in his real estate career, Elliott reached a point where he was ready to add a team member. It made the most sense to bring on his twin brother, Evan. How could it get any better than basically a carbon copy of Elliott? Having a business partner that offered the same level of customer service, with a similar personality and skill set, was a no-brainer decision.

When asked what the biggest benefit of being part of a real estate team was, Elliott and Evan stated, “The biggest benefit of being part of a real estate team is the opportunity to divide and conquer. The Nashville real estate market is one of the hottest, fastest-moving markets in the country. The Thomas Twins’ biggest accomplishment has been their 2021 production: 70 transactions totaling $30M in sales. “When we started working together, it was tough. Working with family is hard enough. When one teammate has substantially more experience than the other, it can be even tougher. We are relieved and thrilled to have moved through that season of growth and are excited about what we are building together,” they stated.

When Elliott isn’t helping clients win big, he enjoys hanging out with his partner, Ryan, and his dogs, Buck and Beau. He also loves binge-watching the latest crime docuseries on Netflix. In Evan’s spare time, he enjoys hanging out with his goldendoodle, Django, and his friends on nearby patios with a nice chilled glass of chardonnay in hand. He also serves as as the president of the Greater Nashville Auburn Club and was recently selected as a member of the Auburn Alumni Association’s inaugural “20 Under 40” class.

Meet Marie: Marie Lee is an educator and social media strategist reaching hundreds of thousands of people with her engaging real estate content. In 2016, she flipped a coin and moved to Nashville to begin her career as a teacher. In 2019, she started her entrepreneurship journey by creating an eCommerce business. In 2020, she finally got her real estate license in the midst of the COVID-19 lockdown (just like everyone else). Marie focuses on creating educational content about real estate with social media and developed a niche working with out-of-state relocations to Middle Tennessee. ⁠Since the beginning her real estate career in September 2020, Marie has helped over 35 families and closed over $10 million in production. When she’s living her truth outside of real estate, you’ll find her hiking trails around Nashville with her husband, Paul, or dreaming of her next big adventure.

Meet Nathan: Nathan is Principal Broker and Co- Founder of MW Real Estate Co, Co-Founder of Retrograde Coffee and Co-Founder of Stahlman Hospitality. He sits on the Boards of CASA Nashville (Court Appointed Special Advocates) as well as GNR (Greater Nashville Realtors) and Realtracs. He is the proud father of two lunatics and has been a more or less happy Realtor for 14 years.

Meet Denise Moore: Denise Moore is an expert Real Estate Professional with Benchmark Realty, LLC. She specializes in providing unique strategies to buyers and sellers based on their individual needs. Meet Robby Stone: Born in Florida and raised in Huntsville, Alabama, Robby Stone has definitely found a home here in Tennessee. Since moving to Nashville in January 2010, he’s fallen in love with the subtle nuances present in each pocket of Music City, and it is this affinity for the city and his passion for people that led Robby to a career in real estate.

The road to becoming a Realtor has been paved with an array of career adventures. He holds a degree in Sports Medicine from Samford University in Birmingham, AL but soon realized the life of a doctor was not his ultimate passion. The following years would find Robby managing client relations for wedding photographer ABryanPhoto, acting in tv and film roles during his time spent in Los Angeles, entertaining as front man for several dance bands traveling throughout the southeast, and serving up delicious meals at a few restaurants around Nashville.

Forever wondering how all of these various jobs and educational experiences would work together toward his future, Robby now sees how each has prepared him for his career as a real estate agent. Meet Jennifer Weinberg and Chris Billingslea:

Jennifer: Since moving to Nashville in 2009, Jennifer Weinberg's been around, next to, adjacent and connected to real estate. "My husband, Nathan, has been in real estate since we moved to Nashville, so there’s no avoiding real estate talk in our house!", says Jennifer.

After 15 years in hotel management, Jennifer was looking forward to new challenges. She jumped into entrepreneurship with her own short-term rental consulting company in 2016 and obtained a real estate license in 2017.

"Working with a variety of clients, from first-time buyers to savvy investors, keeps me engaged in Nashville’s dynamic real estate market." Jennifer's sales have ranged from a 100-year old farmhouse on 22 acres to a $1M condo in downtown Nashville.

Meet Jacob Jones: Originally from Atlanta, I’ve lived in Nashville for over fifteen years. After moving to Tennessee from New York City in 2007, I put down roots in East Nashville and since then I’ve loved watching this community grow. I started my family in Nashville and I’m looking forward to watching my two boys grow up here as Music city continues to progress and evolve. $27 Million in career sales since I began in 2018.

Meet Madison White:

Affectionately referring to herself as an art school dropout, Madison uses her creative education and 7+ years in real estate to produce stand-out marketing for her client’s listings and housing needs. She is consistently ranked in the top 10% of agents at her company of over 1500 local agents. Homeownership gave her the opportunity to become a certified chicken tender to a backyard flock of 7 and dog mom to her English Bulldog rescue, Larry.

She is a mental health advocate and works to create a safe environment for her clients as they navigate market challenges. She’s obsessed with the fact that she gets to help others find the places they will call home and where all of the biggest little moments of their lives will happen. Madison truly believes her life’s purpose is to bring joy to those around her.

Meet Shivani Peterson:

All Western Mortgage's top producing Mortgage Loan Officer in 2020 and 2021, with 312 families helped last year. She birthed a human in January 2022 and currently continues to sustain life with her boobs while attempting (unsuccessfully) to keep her brothers in line. She’s studying psychology in graduate school and invests in real estate so someday she can stop burning the candle at both ends.

I'm Lila McCann, a realtor originally from the Pacific Northwest, just south of Seattle. Music brought me to Nashville in the late nineties as a recording artist. Though I'm a realtor by day, music will always be a key component in my life, and also my sanity. Both the music and real estate industries will knock you down, but it's all about the way you get up that matters.
